Her experience includes supporting complex commercial matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, a human rights complaint against a Saskatchewan municipality, and litigation strategies for human rights issues at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
Her legal research has addressed privilege in reports of sexual assault, defamation proceedings, non-disclosure agreements, and consent. This background is relevant to Baker Law Firm's work in defamation and civil sexual assault claims.
